These Terms of Use stipulate the matters that customers who use the on-site workshop (hereinafter referred to as "Workshop") provided by TUFTING STUDIO SOOTHE (hereinafter referred to as "Business Operator") must comply with.

1. Application These Terms apply to all persons (hereinafter referred to as "Users") who apply for a reservation for a workshop provided by the Business Operator.

2. Reservation application

1) Reservations for workshops can be made using the dedicated application form provided by our business owner or via Instagram direct message.

2) Reservation applications are made between the user and the business owner, and the reservation application from the user is confirmed when the business operator notifies the user that the reservation has been confirmed.

3) Users acknowledge in advance that even if a reservation is made, the workshop may not be held due to the weather on the day or other reasons.

4) Users acknowledge in advance that if the workshop is not held due to the business owner's reasons, the paid fee will be refunded by the method specified by the business owner (bank transfer, etc.).

5) If the user is unable to participate in the workshop he or she has booked, please promptly notify the business operator of the cancellation. Due to the nature of the product offering, if the cancellation is made within 7 days of the reservation, the user will be responsible for the charge (100%) from the business operator.

6) If the business operator deems that the cancellation is malicious, such as cancellation without permission, they may take measures such as claiming compensation for damages as necessary.

 

3. Disclaimer

1) In the event of trouble between a user and a business owner, the business owner will not be liable for any damages, etc. unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the business owner.

2) We do not guarantee the information (price, content, photos, videos, etc.) regarding workshops posted on this website.

 

4. User Qualifications If a user falls under any of the following items, the business operator shall not be able to use part or all of this service without prior notice to the user. may be stopped.

1) If it is determined that there is a risk of violating these Terms.

2) If there is any falsehood, error, or omission in all or part of the registered information.

3) If a nuisance to the business owner is discovered.

4) In other cases where the business owner determines that the user is inappropriate.

 

5. Suspension, Cancellation, and Abolition of Service The Business Operator may suspend, discontinue, or abolish all or part of this Service in the event of any of the reasons listed below. The business owner shall not be held responsible for any damage caused to the user or a third party as a result of this.

1) When regularly or urgently maintaining or inspecting the system to provide this service.

2) If it becomes impossible to operate this service due to an emergency such as a natural disaster, fire, or power outage.

3) If the Service cannot be provided due to unauthorized access to the Service by a third party, harmful computer programs, etc.

4) If this service cannot be provided due to measures based on laws and regulations.

5) In other cases where it is determined that it is difficult for the Company to provide the service.

 

6. Copyright Ownership All ownership and intellectual property rights regarding the content (articles, photos, videos, etc.) posted on this website belong to the business owner or its licensors, and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission. , any reproduction is prohibited.

 

7. Revision of these terms and conditions The business operator may change these terms and service contents without prior notice.

 

8. Severability Even if any provision or part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to the Consumer Contract Act or other laws and regulations, the remaining provisions and parts of these Terms shall be deemed invalid or unenforceable. The remainder of any provision determined to be invalid or unenforceable will remain in full force and effect.

 

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Users and business owners agree that the Osaka Summary Court will have exclusive first-instance jurisdiction over lawsuits related to these Terms.
